Justin is a seasoned executive boasting over three decades of leadership roles spanning corporate functions including technology and operations. He currently serves as a director on a public company board and private institution. Justin’s professional journey has traversed large multinational corporations and entrepreneurial ventures within diverse sectors such as agriculture, manufacturing, consumer products, chemicals, and global food supply. Additionally, his experience spans various roles, including executive leadership positions and hands-on operational roles. With an extensive network encompassing various startups and private equity firms, Justin serves as an executive coach for C-suite leaders. His tenure as an international business executive has honed his ability to navigate multicultural environments and diverse functional landscapes, resulting in remarkable achievements.

Thomas Brennan brings over 25 years of senior executive experience in the medical device industry. With a deep understanding of recruiting, evaluating, and placing the right talent within organizations, Tom excels in sales management, building high-performing teams, executive-level business development, and strategic account development. His expertise ensures clients receive top-performing individuals who deliver immediate results and contribute to long-term success. Tom’s extensive experience encompasses commercial strategy development, new product launches, brand development, sales force optimization, and streamlined contracting. A graduate of Penn State University, he is based in West Chester, PA.
