He has established strong relationships with CIOs, IT managers, and purchasing personnel across healthcare organizations, state/local governments, and commercial entities nationwide. Kevin is a renowned speaker at prestigious IT events and conferences, including the Association of Inspectors General National Conference, LaSalle University Cloud Computing Panel Series, and Guam Computer Forensic Symposium. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Penn State University and a master’s degree in information technology leadership from LaSalle University.
Kathleen DeLawrence is a seasoned C-level executive with extensive experience in building, operating, and integrating business models in the life sciences and healthcare sectors. With a track record of success in restructuring organizations, leading through change, and aligning leadership, Kathleen excels in building teams, recruiting and retaining talent, and delivering successful outcomes. Kathleen’s collaborative approach and deep understanding of company culture, business objectives, and organizational design enable her to efficiently source top-notch talent across organizations. Kathleen holds a BS in Marketing from Philadelphia College of Textiles and Sciences (now Jefferson University) and actively participates in Women in Bio and Life Sciences PA in the Philadelphia region.

Thomas Brennan brings over 25 years of senior executive experience in the medical device industry. With a deep understanding of recruiting, evaluating, and placing the right talent within organizations, Tom excels in sales management, building high-performing teams, executive-level business development, and strategic account development. His expertise ensures clients receive top-performing individuals who deliver immediate results and contribute to long-term success. Tom’s extensive experience encompasses commercial strategy development, new product launches, brand development, sales force optimization, and streamlined contracting. A graduate of Penn State University, he is based in West Chester, PA.
Hello! I’m Tom Donohue and I am the IT Practice Leader at Symmetrio. With a strong interest in IT modernization to help organizations achieve their digital transformation goals, I am thrilled to partner with our clients to deliver talented IT professionals across all industries. When I’m not immersed in the world of IT, you’ll often find me hiking, running, playing tennis and working with young adults on the Autistic spectrum.
With a solid background in the IT sector, I bring 25+ years of experience to the table. Throughout my career, I have been an Architect, Project Manager, Project Director and Sales Executive working with companies from Finance, Retail, Manufacturing and Software sectors. My expertise spans various areas, including Marketing, Security and Data functions.
In my current role as an Information Technology Practice Leader at Symmetrio, I utilize my extensive experience to connect exceptional candidates with their dream opportunities. I bring the value of in-depth understanding for building high performing teams that deliver exceptional results.
Melanie Roy has 25 years of expertise providing logistics, relocation and storage solutions for any size office, trade show or data center with extensive coverage nationwide. She can develop fully integrated, custom solutions for relocation, furniture installation & reconfiguration, data systems migration, freight transportation, warehousing, and facility decommissions. She provides a single point of contact for our clients, no matter what location. Her effective management style comes from a well-trained staff, experience and clear communication of client needs, goals and budget. Melanie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Logistics from Penn State University.
I am Quaron Rowe, and I am the Engineering Practice Leader at Symmetrio, specializing in connecting highly skilled engineering candidates from diverse industries with our clients that are eager to enhance their teams.
